1. Purpose and scope

These are the published child safety standards of S-E Software for the mobile application ValoHub - Valorant Center (com.valostore.app), distributed on Google Play. They apply to every part of the app where users can create, upload, publish or exchange content — including the community feed, comments, shared gameplay clips, squad features and any user-generated profile content.

ValoHub is an unofficial companion app for the game VALORANT. It is not directed to children. Users must meet the minimum age required in their country and must sign in with a valid Riot Games account, which carries its own age requirements.

2. Zero tolerance: CSAE and CSAM are strictly prohibited

S-E Software has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The following are expressly forbidden anywhere in ValoHub - Valorant Center, without exception:

• Creating, uploading, storing, sharing, requesting, advertising or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format — image, video, audio, text, drawing or generated media.
• Any sexualisation of a minor, including sexualised commentary, captions, usernames, avatars or descriptions involving a person under 18.
• Child grooming: befriending or building trust with a minor for sexual purposes, or attempting to move a minor to another platform for that purpose.
• Sextortion, or any threat to distribute intimate images of a minor.
• Child trafficking, solicitation, or arranging any sexual contact with a minor.
• Promoting, glorifying, normalising or providing instructions for any of the above.
• Impersonating a minor, or using the app to identify or contact minors for sexual purposes.

These prohibitions form part of the binding terms of use of the app. There is no contextual, comedic, role-play, artistic or "fictional" exemption.

3. In-app reporting mechanism

Every user can report content and users directly inside the app:

• Report on any community post — the overflow menu on a post or its detail screen contains a Report action where a reason can be entered. Reports reach the moderation queue immediately.
• Report a shared clip or the account that published it — the same reporting path applies to user-uploaded gameplay clips.
• Report by email — anyone, including people who do not use the app, may write to info.sesoftware@gmail.com. Messages concerning child safety are prioritised over all other correspondence.

The reporting feature is available in every language the app ships in (English, Turkish, French, Polish, Russian and Filipino) and requires no additional account, payment or subscription.

4. How reports are handled

• Child safety reports are triaged ahead of all other reports and are reviewed by a person, with a target of within 24 hours.
• Confirmed CSAE/CSAM content is removed immediately and the responsible account is permanently banned from posting, commenting and uploading clips.
• The relevant material and account records are preserved as required by law for referral to the authorities, and are not returned to the reported user.
• The identity of the reporting user is not disclosed to the reported user.

5. Preventive moderation measures already in place

• Human pre-moderation of uploaded clips. User-uploaded gameplay clips are not published automatically. Each clip enters a moderation queue and only becomes visible in the public feed after review and approval.
• Server-side content filtering. Community posts, comments and titles pass through a server-side filter that blocks sexual, adult, hateful and abusive terminology — including child-exploitation terms — before the content is stored. The filter runs on the server and cannot be bypassed by a modified client.
• Account ban enforcement. Banned accounts cannot post, comment or upload, and their content is withheld from the public feed.
• Moderation dashboard. An access-controlled moderation panel lists pending, automatically flagged and resolved reports, and allows content to be removed and accounts to be banned.
• No unrestricted private messaging. ValoHub does not offer unrestricted one-to-one private chat between arbitrary users; social features are public and therefore subject to the moderation described above.

6. Compliance with child safety laws and reporting to authorities

S-E Software complies with the applicable child safety laws of the regions where ValoHub - Valorant Center is distributed. Where CSAM or credible CSAE conduct is identified, we:

• remove the content and terminate the account;
• report the incident to the competent national authorities — in Türkiye to law enforcement and to the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) through ihbarweb.org.tr, and in other jurisdictions to the responsible local authority;
• make a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where the incident falls within its scope;
• preserve the associated data for the period required by the receiving authority and cooperate fully with any lawful request.

7. Google Play compliance

ValoHub - Valorant Center complies with the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy, the Google Play Developer Program Policies on child endangerment and sexual content, and the Inappropriate Content policy. A child safety point of contact is registered in Google Play Console and is reachable at the address below.

8. Review and updates

These standards are reviewed at least annually, and whenever the app gains a new surface for user-generated content. The current version is always published at this address.

1. Amaç ve kapsam

Bu belge, S-E Software tarafından Google Play'de yayınlanan ValoHub - Valorant Center (com.valostore.app) mobil uygulaması için yayınlanmış çocuk güvenliği standartlarıdır. Uygulamanın kullanıcıların içerik oluşturabildiği, yükleyebildiği veya paylaşabildiği tüm bölümlerini kapsar: topluluk akışı, yorumlar, paylaşılan oyun klipleri, takım özellikleri ve kullanıcı profili içerikleri.

ValoHub, VALORANT oyunu için resmi olmayan bir yardımcı uygulamadır ve çocuklara yönelik değildir. Kullanıcıların bulundukları ülkedeki asgari yaş şartını karşılaması ve kendi yaş şartlarına sahip geçerli bir Riot Games hesabıyla giriş yapması gerekir.

2. Sıfır tolerans: CSAE ve CSAM kesinlikle yasaktır

S-E Software, çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsü (CSAE) ile çocukların cinsel istismarı nitelikli materyale (CSAM) karşı sıfır tolerans uygular. ValoHub - Valorant Center içinde aşağıdakiler istisnasız yasaktır:

• Görsel, video, ses, metin, çizim veya üretilmiş medya dahil herhangi bir biçimde CSAM oluşturmak, yüklemek, saklamak, paylaşmak, talep etmek, tanıtmak veya bağlantı vermek.
• 18 yaşından küçük bir kişiyi cinselleştiren her türlü içerik: yorum, başlık, kullanıcı adı, avatar veya açıklama.
• Çocuk tacizine zemin hazırlama (grooming): cinsel amaçla bir çocukla güven ilişkisi kurmak ya da onu başka bir platforma yönlendirmeye çalışmak.
• Cinsel şantaj (sextortion) veya bir çocuğa ait mahrem görüntüleri yayma tehdidi.
• Çocuk ticareti, cinsel amaçlı talep veya bir çocukla cinsel temas ayarlamaya çalışmak.
• Yukarıdakileri teşvik etmek, yüceltmek, normalleştirmek veya bunlara dair yönlendirme sağlamak.
• Çocuk kimliğine bürünmek veya uygulamayı cinsel amaçla çocuk tespit etmek ya da çocuklarla iletişim kurmak için kullanmak.

Bu yasaklar uygulamanın bağlayıcı kullanım şartlarının parçasıdır. Şaka, rol yapma, sanatsal veya "kurgusal" hiçbir istisna kabul edilmez.

3. Uygulama içi bildirim mekanizması

Her kullanıcı içeriği ve kullanıcıları doğrudan uygulama içinden bildirebilir:

• Topluluk gönderisini bildir — gönderi veya gönderi detay ekranındaki menüde Bildir seçeneği vardır; gerekçe yazılabilir ve bildirim anında moderasyon kuyruğuna düşer.
• Klibi veya paylaşan hesabı bildir — aynı bildirim yolu kullanıcıların yüklediği oyun klipleri için de geçerlidir.
• E-posta ile bildirim — uygulamayı kullanmayanlar dahil herkes info.sesoftware@gmail.com adresine yazabilir. Çocuk güvenliğine ilişkin mesajlar diğer tüm yazışmaların önüne alınır.

Bildirim özelliği uygulamanın desteklediği tüm dillerde (İngilizce, Türkçe, Fransızca, Lehçe, Rusça, Filipince) mevcuttur; ek hesap, ödeme veya abonelik gerektirmez.

4. Bildirimlerin ele alınışı

• Çocuk güvenliği bildirimleri diğer tüm bildirimlerin önüne alınır ve hedef 24 saat içinde bir kişi tarafından incelenir.
• Doğrulanan CSAE/CSAM içeriği derhal kaldırılır; sorumlu hesap gönderi, yorum ve klip paylaşımından kalıcı olarak yasaklanır.
• İlgili materyal ve hesap kayıtları, yetkili makamlara iletilmek üzere yasanın gerektirdiği süreyle saklanır ve bildirilen kullanıcıya geri verilmez.
• Bildirimi yapan kullanıcının kimliği, bildirilen kullanıcıya açıklanmaz.

5. Halihazırda uygulanan önleyici moderasyon tedbirleri

• Kliplerde insan ön-moderasyonu. Kullanıcıların yüklediği oyun klipleri otomatik yayınlanmaz. Her klip moderasyon kuyruğuna girer ve yalnızca incelenip onaylandıktan sonra herkese açık akışta görünür.
• Sunucu tarafı içerik filtresi. Topluluk gönderileri, yorumlar ve başlıklar; cinsel, yetişkin, nefret ve hakaret içeren terimleri — çocuk istismarına ilişkin terimler dahil — kaydedilmeden önce engelleyen bir sunucu filtresinden geçer. Filtre sunucuda çalışır; değiştirilmiş bir istemciyle atlatılamaz.
• Hesap yasağı uygulaması. Yasaklı hesaplar gönderi, yorum ve yükleme yapamaz; içerikleri herkese açık akıştan çekilir.
• Moderasyon paneli. Erişimi denetimli bir moderasyon paneli; bekleyen, otomatik işaretlenen ve çözülen bildirimleri listeler, içerik kaldırma ve hesap yasaklama işlemlerine izin verir.
• Kısıtlamasız özel mesajlaşma yok. ValoHub, rastgele kullanıcılar arasında kısıtlamasız birebir özel sohbet sunmaz; sosyal özellikler herkese açıktır ve bu nedenle yukarıdaki moderasyona tabidir.

6. Çocuk güvenliği yasalarına uyum ve yetkili makamlara bildirim

S-E Software, ValoHub - Valorant Center'ın dağıtıldığı bölgelerdeki çocuk güvenliği yasalarına uyar. CSAM veya inandırıcı bir CSAE davranışı tespit edildiğinde:

• içerik kaldırılır ve hesap kapatılır;
• olay yetkili ulusal makamlara bildirilir — Türkiye'de kolluk kuvvetlerine ve ihbarweb.org.tr üzerinden BTK'ya, diğer ülkelerde sorumlu yerel makama;
• kapsama giren olaylarda Kayıp ve İstismara Uğrayan Çocuklar Ulusal Merkezi'ne (NCMEC) bildirim yapılır;
• ilgili veriler, bildirimi alan makamın gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır ve her yasal talebe tam olarak yanıt verilir.

7. Google Play uyumu

ValoHub - Valorant Center; Google Play Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları Politikası'na, Google Play Geliştirici Program Politikaları'nın çocukları tehlikeye atma ve cinsel içerik maddelerine ve Uygunsuz İçerik politikasına uyar. Çocuk güvenliği iletişim noktası Google Play Console'da kayıtlıdır ve aşağıdaki adresten ulaşılabilir.

8. Gözden geçirme ve güncelleme

Bu standartlar en az yılda bir kez ve uygulamaya kullanıcı içeriği üreten yeni bir yüzey eklendiğinde gözden geçirilir. Güncel sürüm daima bu adreste yayınlanır.
